Schedules change, and we understand. We only ask for enough notice to offer your chair to another guest.

Appointments with Sean require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
All Other Stylists
Appointments with every other stylist on the team require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Every appointment is reserved specifically for you. When a visit is cancelled late or missed, that time is very hard for your stylist to fill on short notice.
